2022 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

Description:

Crafted through precise barrel selection and extended ageing , our Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is dark ruby red in hue with aromas of ripe blackberry, blueberry jam, roasted green bell pepper, toasty oak, and vanilla rise from the glass, layered with structured notes of cedar plank and tobacco. On the palate, it offers a medium body with juicy blackberry, rich dark fruits, well integrated oak, vanilla and cassis. Well-balanced with smooth, but structured tannins, the fruit carries through to a lingering, spice-kissed finish.

Perfect Pairing:

A bold statement wine that deserves to be celebrated alongside your favourite steak with blue cheese butter.  Equally as decadent try it alongside herbed leg of lamb.  For something unexpected and fun try it with a gourmet grilled cheese sandwich - packed with extra old aged sharp cheddar.
