What are your hours of operation?
We are Open daily and open on all holidays. Yes, Christmas and New Years too!

10:00am to 6:00pm Daily

Wine tastings ARE available now! Reservations are not required. We look forward to serving you on your next visit!

Please note, a maximum of 6 people in a group can be accommodated for a wine tasting as per WorkSafe BC guidelines. If you are visiting with more than 6 guests, we may need to split your group in half to encourage distancing. Thanks for your understanding!

We are just 8 minutes from the bridge, and in the middle of the Westside Wine Trail. If you get lost, feel free to call us for directions.  Our phone number is 778-755-5550

Do I need to make a reservation or booking for tastings and tours?
Reservations are not required for a tasting. Simply pop in and start sipping! Tours are unavailable at this time.

Tasting Fee: 6 table wine samples for $10.00 (fee waived with wine purchase)

Does Volcanic Hills have a wine club I may join?
We do have a wine club! Click "Wine Club" for more information on our navigation bar!

Can I bring my children to the winery?
Bring the entire family! Please note our children's toy section is currently removed to keep everyone safe during the COVID pandemic concerns

Can I bring my pet to the winery?
As per Interior Health restrictions, only certified service or guide animals may enter the facility. We are happy to offer your furry friends some drinking water though!

Do I need to make a reservation in the restaurant?
Reservations in Blu Saffron Bistro are not required, but are strongly recommended. Feel free to phone to reserve a table.  The restaurant phone number is 778-755-5550 ext 108 or email blusaffronbistro@shaw.ca

Where can I buy my favourite Volcanic Hills wines if I can’t visit the wine shop?
Order online by clicking "Shop Wines" above! You may find our wines in local restaurants, VQA stores, and private liquor stores in BC only. If you can not find our wine in a local wine store near you, feel free to ask them to bring in your favorite wines from Volcanic Hills. It really helps us and we appreciate your support!

Are your wines organic?
Our wines are not certified organic; however, green farming is practised in the vineyards regularly. In addition, the winery is heated and cooled using geothermal technology, and we also have a water water treatment plant to filter any unwanted chemicals in water leaving our facility. In the future we hope incorporate this treated water towards irrigation use.

Are your wines Vegan?
Our Rose and Igneous Vineyards branded wines are not vegan, but all of our other wines are vegan, and a V symbol can be found on the back of our labels to indicate this. Older vintages may not have this symbol, but we have added the easy to spot Vegan symbol to let everyone know.

Can you ship wine to me?
We can ship wine across Canada directly to your home or business address. We can ship in increments of 3, 6 or 12 bottles. Easily order online via our online store.

Does Volcanic Hills have a venue for private events?
Yes! We have one of the largest wine shops in the Okanagan, paired with a spacious patio; a great venue for any of your functions! Business events, family functions, concerts, and art shows are a few examples of the many events Volcanic Hills can host for you! To book an event feel free to email us with any questions. We have had the pleasure of hosting art classes, and yoga classes, and if you are an interested instructor, please contact us! Please note, we do not host wedding ceremonies at this time.
