Refund policy

Returns
We offer a 30-day return & refund policy for wine bottles or merchandise purchased directly from our winery or website that are damaged in transit or display a flawed taste. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

We ask that the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement, and once received, we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine, less shipping & handling. A gift card may be offered for debit or cash transactions. Please note: refunds may take up to 10 business days to process and post to your credit card account.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept refunds of a booked experience, wine tasting, wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or items ordered in error.

Please email us to arrange for the return of said product. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping plus a 5% transaction/restocking fee of your order total will be deducted from your refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping plus a 5% transaction/restocking fee of your order total will be deducted from your refund.
