2025 Magma White

Description:

Light straw in colour, this beautifully dry wine is brimming with ripe fruit character.  On the nose, expect to find aromas of poached pears, passion fruit, mango, lychee, soft florals.  On the medium bodied palate, enjoy flavours of passion fruit, red delicious apples, pears, lychee, with a mineral driven finish.

Perfect Pairing:

Sunsets, and gatherings with close friends.  Enjoy a perfect pairing when accompanied by fresh summer salads, foie gras, glazed ham, or soft mild cheeses.

Production Notes

Vineyard Notes

A unique and delicious white blend comprised of 54% Pinot Gris, 33% Gewürztraminer, 8% Riesling and 6% Viognier.  Most of the grapes were estate grown on our 85 acres of vineyards in West Kelowna.  All varietals were individually cool fermented in 100% stainless steel, then blended prior to bottling.
