Vineyard Notes
The grape varieties used in this sweet white blend are: 35% Gewurztraminer, 30% Pinot Gris, 27% Riesling, 4% Chardonnay, and 4% Viognier. Most the grapes used for making this juicy blend are estate grown in our West Kelowna vineyards. Grape varietals were individually picked at peak ripeness by hand and individually fermented in 100% Stainless steel before the assembly of the final blend. Prior to bottling an addition of Riesling ice wine was added to create a lovely off dry profile.
