Production Notes

Made from 100% Estate Grown Pinot Noir from West Kelowna, this mouth-watering bottle of bubbles saw light skins contact, and 100% Stainless Steel Fermentation. CO2 injection at bottling transformed this wine into a delicate sparkler.

Vineyard Notes

We currently have 80 acres of vineyards in West Kelowna, all within 10 kilometers of our winery, along with 7 acres planted onsite.

100% of the Pinot Noir used for our Bubbly Rose was raised in our Scharf Road. East Vineyard in West Kelowna. These vines are all self-rooted and were planted in 1992, 1998, and 2008. All fruit was hand harvested, and cropped exceptionally low concentrate flavours and preserve quality.
