On the palate expect this wine to offer up lush flavours of black cherries, black plums, baking spices, and a touch of cigar and leather on the finish. Well rounded and easy to sip, this wine has exceptionally balanced acidity, with fine and integrated tannins.

Beautiful with or without food, this wine will be a favourite at your next steak BBQ! This bottle also works beautifully with rich tomato-based dishes like Bolognese sauce or Eggplant Parmesan. For a real treat, try it with a classic Pepper crusted steak with blue cheese butter, sauteed mushrooms and grilled asparagus.

A balanced blend, this wine features 51.4% Pinot Noir, 14.3% Foch, and 7.4% Gamay Noir from our West Kelowna estate vineyards. The blend was then rounded off with 21.4% Merlot and 5.5% Cabernet Franc from our dedicated growers in Osoyoos. Serve at 16 - 18⁰ C
