Vineyard Notes
The grape varieties used in this semi-sweet red blend are: 46% Zweigelt, 19% Merlot, 13% Marechal Foch, 10% Riesling, 7% Gamay Noir, and 5% Cabernet Franc. Each of these unique varieties was fermented separately and then barrel-aged for 12 months in a mix of neutral oak barrels. Zweigelt Icewine was then added just prior to bottling for a touch of balanced sweetness.
