Pale straw in colour with a nicely lifted bouquet of crisp green apples, anjou pear, lemon curd, lychee, and candied ginger. The dry, medium bodied palate is fresh and round, echoing the nose with crunchy flavours of crab apple, white peach, lychee, spice and subtle notes of perfume that mingle on the mineral driven finish.
Best served with toes in the sand while watching the sun set. Drinks well with lightly spiced foods – think fish tacos with peach salsa, ginger and mango stilton, mild thai green curry, or Vietnamese takeout – loaded with lemongrass!
