On the palate expect this wine to offer up lush flavours of black cherries, dark plums, baking spices, and a touch of chocolate and spearmint on the finish. The wine has exceptionally balanced acidity, with fine integrated tannins, making it an easy sipping red.

Beautiful with or without food, this wine will be a favourite at your next steak BBQ! This bottle also works beautifully with Asian inspired fare or bitter steamed or grilled green vegetables. For a real treat, try with Pepper crusted steak, grilled asparagus and mushrooms, steamed bock choy with soya sauce, or peppered beef with Shanghai noodles.
