Beautifully unique and stunning colour reminiscent of blood orange or watermelon juice. Tart greenness and ripe red fruit on the nose, rhubarb, and pastry. Bone dry on the palate, tart and slightly chalky, notes of sour apple. Medium body, high acidity. Excellent refreshing summer salad/bbq/picnic palate cleanser. Surprisingly the varietal(s) used is not stated anywhere on the bottle or online - perhaps we are to assume it is Pinot noir.
2020 Gidda Family Estate Rosé
Wasn't the best rose I've had and the price point is almost twice what it should be. Won't be buying it again.
2020 Gidda Family Estate Rosé
It is hard to review your wines so quickly after receiving them. We mostly drink them several months or more after. We drink the older ones sooner but let the new ones age some. In saying that we eventually enjoy them all.
