2015, a flawless year of agriculture, vineyard prosperity and flavours. This signature wine is ruby red in colour with aromas of blackberries, plum, toasty sweet notes of oak, vanilla, and spice. Youthful, medium body with blackberry, black licorice, and chocolate. Framed by supple tannins and toasty oak this classic Bordeaux-style wine will be a hit at your next BBQ or family feast!

Perfect Pairing:

Try it with aged cheddar, smoked meats, grilled meats, steak, short ribs, roasts, lamb, game, barbecues and pasta with tomato sauces.

Production Notes

Vineyard Notes

A blend of 53% Merlot, 37% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Cab Franc.
Merlot – from vineyards in Osoyoos and Oliver, B.C. where the soils are mostly gravel & sand. Barrel aged in French & American oak for 14 months. 2015 was a fantastic ripe growing year for farmers cross the valley.

This is a wine to share with friends who appreciate good red wine. I purchased several additional bottles somthat when I have guests or am invited to dinner I have a delicious wine to contribute.

I haven't drunk this wine yet, but I did drink the 2019 Syrah and the 2017 Chardonnay.

the Syrah was full and generous, with no residual sugar. I think it's worth letting it age a little. The Chardonnay was fruity and woody, just the way I like it.
