Production Notes
The grapes for the Cabernet Franc were grown in the rocky soils of our partner vineyard in Oliver B.C. Overall, the 2021 vintage was a moderately cool vintage with wines showing juicy and vibrant fruit, crisp acidity, moderate alcohol levels and ripe tannins in the red wines. The wine was Barrel Aged 13 months in 40% New French Oak.
