Vineyard Notes
The grape varieties used in this sweet white blend are: 40.5% Gewurztraminer, 28% Chardonnay, 19.5% Pinot Gris, 8% Riesling, 4% Viognier. Most the grapes used for making this juicy blend are estate grown in our West Kelowna vineyards. Overall, the 2019 vintage was a moderately cool vintage with wines showing juicy and vibrant fruit, crisp acidity, moderate alcohol levels. Grapes varietals were individually picked at peak ripeness by hand and individually fermented in 100% Stainless steel before the assembly of the final blend.
