Description:

Light straw in colour, this wine exudes aromas of apricot, peach, straw, wet stone and delicate florals.  The Dry, Medium bodied palate displays a fun and easy drinking blend of apricot, peaches and orange creamsicle - backed by a distinct mineral driven finish.

Perfect Pairing:

Enjoy with roasted pork dishes such as pork chops with apricot sauce or a honey glazed ham.  The wines stone fruit character and creamy texture also pair well with butternut squash dishes, shellfish dishes, blue cheese macaroni and cheese, cheese fondue, scalloped potatoes or baked brie with apricot jam and thyme.
