2019 Viognier

Description:

Light straw in colour, this wine exudes aromas of orange zest, apricot, peach, straw, stone, and white blossom aromas.  Medium/Full bodied the Dry palate displays a fun and easy drinking blend of apricot, peaches and orange creamsicle. A classic with shellfish!

Perfect Pairing:

Enjoy with roasted pork dishes such as pork chops with apricot sauce or a honey glazed ham.  The wines stone fruit character and creamy texture also pair well with butternut squash dishes, shellfish dishes, blue cheese macaroni and cheese, cheese fondue, scalloped potatoes or baked brie with apricots.

Vineyard Notes

Made from 100% Viognier grapes sourced from our partner vineyards in Oliver and Osoyoos. Both sites were planted in 2010, with soils ranging from rocky and gravely, to sandy loam.

Winemaker Notes

The wine was cool fermented in 100% stainless steel tanks.
