We brought out-of-town guests with us for the sabering bubbles experience and it was a 10/10! Had a wonderful time, and learned new and interesting information about the winery. Highly recommend!
Went out to vineyard where a bottle of bubbly was given to our brother in law. He was instructed on the how to saver and it wAs amazing how the top cut off for perfectly for pouring. We proceeded to drink while all our questions about the winery were answered .
Getting to sabre a bottle of sparkling wine for my birthday was hands down an experience I will not soon forget. Amrit (I’m so sorry if I got your name wrong), was so lovely and provided such a great history and tour of the property. The vineyard is in a beautiful setting with a warm contemporary tasting room with knowledgeable staff. Hands down our favourite stop/tour on our vacation.
