Our easy drinking go-to wine. Expect to discover aromas of cherry, raspberry, fig, almond paste, and bacon on the nose. On the palate this mildly sweet wine is balanced with soft tannins and mouth-watering flavours of cherry, raspberry, glosette raisins, and a touch of smoke and anise on the smooth finish. Best served just below room temperature.

Production Notes

Vineyard Notes

The grape varieties used in this semi-sweet red blend are: 53% Zweigelt, 18% Merlot, 18% Marechal Foch, and 11% Pinot Noir. Each of these unique varieties was fermented separately and then barrel-aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels. Zweigelt Icewine was then added just prior to bottling for a touch of balanced sweetness
