Production Notes
100% Stainless Steel fermentation of both free run and pressed juice. Each varietal was individually pressed, fermented separately, and then blended to create an optimally balanced wine.
Made from 100% Estate grown fruit in West Kelowna, this Rosé is a blend of 45% Gamay Noir, 40% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay. Extensive bud damage due to a cold snap before Christmas in 2022 resulted in reduced yields. A cool spring transformed into a warm summer with an early harvest – beginning nearly two weeks earlier than in 2022.
This has become our favourite rose after tasting it for the first time this summer. We like it so much I think we have now purchased 5 cases as want a good supply to hold us over until they produce their next rose for release in 2025. Somewhat dry and not overly sweet. You need to try it for your own opinion but for us it is an exceptional local wine.
One of my favourite wines definitely
Lovely wine
If you are looking for an enjoyable glass of rose you will not be disappointed. Crisp and yet full taste experience is waiting for you
