In the glass, expect to find mouth-watering aromas and flavours of wild strawberry, raspberry, rhubarb, grapefruit, cranberry, and delicate violets.  This is a wine designed for celebrating all of life's simple pleasures - in good company. 

The Story:

The 2022 Season has brought about some extraordinary challenges, and extra-ordinary joys for our family.  Our lineup has officially grown as Proprietors Bobby Gidda and wife, Harpreet, as well as Christina Tumber and her husband each welcomed beautiful and healthy baby girls into our family.  These beautiful little 'Bubs' are the inspiration for our new Bubbly Rosé.  This extremely limited release was created to celebrate them.  

Perfect Pairing:

This dry bubbly is enjoyable with or without food, and best paired with good company alongside life's everyday moments that make it magical.  For something special, serve with oysters and a red wine mignonette.

Additional Information:

Light skin contact and 100% Stainless Steel fermentation. Best served chilled 6-8 degrees Celcius.

Production Notes

Made from 100% Estate Grown Pinot Noir from West Kelowna, this mouth-watering bottle of bubbles saw light skins contact, and 100% Stainless Steel Fermentation.  CO2 injection at bottling transformed this wine into a delicate sparkler.

Vineyard Notes

We currently have 80 acres of vineyards in West Kelowna, all within 10 kilometers of our winery, along with 7 acres planted onsite. 

100% of the Pinot Noir used for our Bubbly Rose was raised in our Scharf Road. East Vineyard in West Kelowna.  These vines are all self-rooted and were planted in 1992, 1998, and 2008.  All fruit was hand harvested, and cropped exceptionally low concentrate flavours and preserve quality.

Fabulous Bubbly Rose

I had purchased two bottles after a tasting. Then became a member and have to say, purchased two more a few weeks later. Shared both bottles with my favourite person, my sister. Sitting in her garden, chatting away. It was a delight. Then brought my friends last Saturday to Volcanic, did another tasting with my ladies. They purchased a few Christmas gifts and personal items. It was a great afternoon. I look forward to another visit, with my sister, we plan on another tasting and charcuterie board. They look delicious. See you soon.

I am not a rose fan. Usually too sweet for what I like. This bubbly rose was very good. Not too bubbly and not sweet. A very pleasant wine
