Vineyard Notes
A blend of 64% Merlot,17% Cab Franc, 10.5% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 8.5% Malbec from our vineyards in Osoyoos and Oliver, B.C. where the soils are mostly gravel & sand. The grapes were hand harvested, crushed and destemmed prior to ferment. It was then barrel aged for 12 months in 45% new French oak.
