A food friendly wine, peaches, citrus and crunchy green apple notes shine on the palate and are backed up with a delicate finish of nutmeg and ginger.

This wine is considered "spicy" and fruit forward by nature and name. It is ideal to pair with Asian flavoured dishes that utilize ginger and garlic, as well as light curries, fresh seafood, and cheeses that feature dried fruit – like Mango and Ginger Stilton!
