2017 Reserve Chardonnay

Description:

Lemon in colour, expect to find juicy notes of citrus, pineapple, vanilla, spice and delicate aromas of butter and sweet oak on the nose. The palate is packed with bright notes of lemon, pineapple, baked apples with delicate hints of lees, caramel and nuts on the mineral driven finish. Fresh and cleansing, the finish is long and rounded with lingering citrus and stone fruits.

Perfect Pairing:

Pairs perfectly with a movie night under the stars and a giant bowl of popcorn. Enjoy with fresh seafood such as garlic butter and dill basted BC Spot Prawns, Mussels, or Salmon. Other classic favorites - corn on the cob, roasted chicken, and cream-based pasta dishes

Beautiful light golden colour with touch of lime green. On the nose very fruit forward with tropical aromas like pineapple, peach pie. Subtle oak indicators but fruit is dominant. On the palate juicy and balanced, very good concentration and wonderful structure. Mild sweetness rounds out this fantastic Chardonnay with character plus. Great acidity and long, pleasant finish.
