Medium to dark garnet in color, with aromas of dark berries, black cherry, vanilla and caramel. Aged for 24 months in French oak which adds complexity to the palate, with flavours of plum, blueberry, blackberry, caramel and milk chocolate. It has a rich mouth feel and a long silky finish. Serve at 16-18 C and best consumed within 7 years of vintage.

- Pairs nicely with red-sauced pastas, baked lamb chops, beef stews and roasts. Or experiment with chilli dishes, sharp cheeses and chocolate.
