Bursting with red fruits on the nose along with notes of black pepper and spice. It’s light bodied on the palate, with lots of red berries, spice and a velvety textured mouth feel. Lightly oaked, with soft tannins and balanced acidity, the finish is fresh and lively. Serve at 14 – 16⁰C and best consumed within 4-5 years of vintage.

- Turkey with spicy stuffing and cranberry sauce, chilli, thin crust pizza topped with wild mushrooms, ham, sun dried tomatoes, along with caramelized onions and mozzarella cheese. Looking for something quick? Try a baguette with soft cheeses, or chocolate (30-40% cocoa).
