The nose is lively with sweet cherry, strawberry aromas. Light bodied, with lots of raspberry, vanilla, cinnamon and hints of clove on the palate. Minimal French oak treatment of 3 months, soft tannin with balanced acidity, the finish is fresh and smooth.
Serve at 14 – 16⁰C and best consumed within 2 - 3 years of vintage.
