Pale straw in colour and displays aromas of tropical fruit, lychee and hints of rose petal and spice. On the palate is a mix of peaches, mangos, tangerines, ginger-spice and citrus peel. Produced in an off-dry style, the well balanced acidity contributes to the long, clean, fresh finish.
- Recommended food pairings
- This wine is light-medium bodied and is considered "spicy" by nature and name. The wine’s sweetness coats the inside of your mouth helping to tame the spiciness of the food. It pairs well with exotic fruit and cheeses, bacon and pineapple pizza, quiche Lorraine, chicken, beef and lamb curries, baked ham, Chinese, Vietnamese and Asian flavoured dishes.
