Aromas of ripe black and red fruit, toasted oak, vanilla, floral and mint notes. Rich flavours of dark berries, plum, mocha and vanilla, are framed by supple tannins and toasty oak. Barrel aged in French & American oak for 12 months, the finish is rich, smooth and long. Serve at 16 - 18⁰C and best consumed within 3-5 years of vintage.
