2019 Gamay Noir
Ruby red in colour with aromas and flavours of cranberry, pomegranate, raspberry, cherry, hints of soft fennel and cinnamon, rounded out with an earthy finish. Light-bodied, this wine has spent 4 months in French and American oak and shows soft tannins with juicy acidity.
Pairs well with spicy foods such as a hearty chilli or bbq pulled pork. Pair it with an appetizer such as a baguette with jalapeno mozzarella or other soft cheeses.
Try it slightly chilled! Serve at 14 - 16C
