2017 Cabernet Franc
Medium-bodied wine offers up abundant flavours of dark cherry, blackberry, smoke, roasted green pepper, florals and espresso. Bright acidity complements the supple tannins making this a very food-friendly wine.
Easy to drink and quite food-friendly, enjoy with gamey meats like venison, lamb and duck. A backyard bbq staple, this wine is excellent with bbq chicken, grilled beef, and pastas with rich tomato-based sauces.
The wine was Barrel Aged 12 months in 30% New French Oak and 70% American Oak. Serve at 16 - 18⁰C
