Light garnet colour, and lively with aromas and flavours of cherry, cranberry, red berries, spice with hints of vanilla, pepper. Light bodied with 5 months on French oak, soft tannins with medium acidity - the finish is fresh and bright. This wine is definitely a food wine. Try it slightly chilled!
Serve at 14 – 16⁰C and best consumed within 3 - 4 years of vintage.
