Hours of Operation
Open daily from 10:00am – 6:00pm, and open on all holidays. Yes, Christmas and New Years too!
Come by for a visit! We’re located at 2845 Boucherie Road, (off Hwy. 97), just eight minutes south of the bridge.
A quick turn off Boucherie Road and you are right at our winery. Just pull up to the front door and walk right in. You’ll find the newly-constructed 4,000-square-foot wine shop open, bright and relaxing with comfy sofas, a child’s play area and wheelchair access at the tasting bar.
Our friendly, knowledgeable staff will give you a thorough rundown of our wonderful wines. A spacious wine bar provides lots of elbow room for our customers. Named Best New Winery in 2011, our diverse portfolio of wines offers quality, selection, great value and affordability. There’s a vast selection of unique gift ideas, specialty food items, local art and books, as well as non-alcoholic beverages.
A little bit of India comes to you via the Cultural Corner, with decorations and gifts rich in colour, design and heritage.
Outside, we have plenty of parking. Walk around, stretch your legs, give the dog a drink or snap a picture or two from our patio.
We also offer delivery services and shipping options.
Our wine-shop philosophy is based on offering customers a comfortable, unique, memorable and educational experience. Awaken Your Senses.
Underneath the wine shop is where the winemaking process starts and finishes. Covering 10,000 square feet, there’s a crush-pad area, temperature-controlled rooms with stainless-steel tanks for red and white wines, a humidity-controlled barrel room, chemistry lab and warehouse storage area. Our chemistry lab houses state-of-the-art equipment to ensure quality testing of our wines. In our production areas, the water is set to 85 degrees Celsius. This ensures that sterilization occurs during the cleaning process.
As part of our going-green initiative, we’ve installed a wastewater treatment plant that ensures all incoming water is filtered to remove chlorine and metals with future plans to treat grey water for irrigation use.
The building is heated and cooled using geothermal technology.
Recycling includes plastic, cardboard, paper and other forms of recycled waste. Plant materials are all composted to the vineyards.
We’re looking forward to customers enjoying a fabulous food and wine experience at Blu Saffron Bistro, located on our large, roomy patio overlooking Okanagan Lake. Chef Colin Rayner has created a mouth-watering, modern bistro-style menu that includes fresh mussels, avocado and prawn bruschetta and savory dishes from his fresh daily sheet. If the weather turns cold and damp, guests can enjoy dining inside the cozy 40-seat bistro. Enjoy the wine as well as the complimentary Wi-fi while hanging with friends and family in the beautiful Okanagan sunshine.
